What Drives You?

Whether you're a student, an employer, an employee or even a young entrepreneur, inasmuch as you are doing something to secure a brighter future you MUST have a driving force. Something that will keep you going when all seems to be going left, something that will remind you of why you started in the first place, something that will renew your strength when you get weary, something to motivate you when you're losing hope.

Now, for some people their driving force is money, for some others it is passion, for a few group of people, it is determination, for another set of people, it is the reputation they'll get among friends, family and the society at large, for some others the driving force is the satisfaction their parents will get at the end of the day. As our needs and desires vary so does our driving force.

However, if you don't surround yourself with positive people or hardworking people, or people that have your kind of energy, spirit and appetite for success you are likely to give up, or get frustrated.

Nonetheless, learn to be your number 1 fan. Love yourself, love your job....... It's what's paying the bills for now so don't complain, rather look on the brighter side. Develop and prepare yourself for the life you want. Be motivated, don't be discouraged by whatever. If you're doing what you're doing just for the money there'll come a time when you'll need more. Do not allow money be your driving force.
